What a fantastic place. I’m not just over 12 months since first having my transplant done and the results are amazing. I can’t fault this place at all. Dr Ditter really makes you feel comfortable and took his time to talk to you before and after the procedure and the after care provided by Sara was excellent. Would highly recommend this place.

I could not be happier. I'm in my late 40s and have struggled with significant hair loss for years now, due to androgenetic and traction alopecia that ravaged the top of my head, front and temples. But I finally got the all clear that my hormones had stabilised, and had enough money to be able to do something about it. So after a lot of research, decided to go with Harley Street, and specifically Dr. Ditta, who I'd read good things about from other women looking for a fix for their hair loss. From my initial consultation with Sara, to the day I spent at the clinic, and my aftercare, I could not be happier. Every single person was so kind and supportive. They were thoroughly transparent about my options, about how I'd need two sessions to fix my loss and what that would entail. They sent me information videos as the surgical date got closer and emails. They sent me text messages on the day to remind me of the days where I had to stop certain medications, and more. Every step of the way, and every single person involved, has been wonderful. I just had my 2 week follow up today, and everything is looking great. So all being well, when it comes round to finishing the crown area in 12 months time, I will absolutely be returning to put my trust in Dr. Ditta and Harley Street.

After some time thinking about having a Hair Transplant, I contacted Harley street hair transplant clinics in London. The consultant explained everything regarding the procedure with Dr.Ditta and the technicians. From the beginning, Dr.Ditta explained the days events and how everything would be done starting with taking a photo of my head and showing me where the grafts would be taken from and where they would be placed. The procedures would be done and completed in two parts, with a lunch break in between. Once completed, Dr.Ditta went through the aftercare, explaining what to do each day for 10 days. I was given capsules, shampoo, sponge, neck pillow for sleeping with and information regarding how to look after my hair. Dr. Ditta and his team were welcoming, helpful, and friendly, they ensured I was well throughout both parts of the procedure, and Sara (my consultant) maintained regular contact to make sure recovery was going well. The results were great, patience is needed as the grafts start to grow, and then you can see the results. Extremely happy with everything, from start to finish.

Back in March, I had my transplant in their Manchester clinic. From beginning to end, the service was superb. The results are simply amazing, so much confidence gained from it, I’m like a new person. The after care is also good, send them a text about anything and they’ll help with whatever you need. 10/10.

I had my FUE hair transplant back in November 2024 and so far it has been great. Leading up to the transplant I got to speak with Sara on numerous occasions as well as with Dr. Ditta and both were able to fully explain the process, set my mind at ease and answer any questions I had. The day of the transplant was great, very clean surgery and Dr Ditta and his two assistants (apologies I have forgotten their names) were really great, and while the experience was painful, it was definitely bearable. Following the transplant, I was given very comprehensive instructions on how to care for both the donor area and transplanted area to ensure the best results. Since then, Sara checks in with me regularly to see how things are going and to answer any questions I have. As you can see from my photos below, the results have been fantastic after 1 year and I still have another 6 months of growth before the final result.
