1. Introduction
These Subscription Terms & Conditions govern the supply of hair loss treatment products and services provided by Harley Street Hair Transplant Clinics (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of treatment products, which may include both prescription-only medication and non-prescription products, subject to ongoing clinical oversight and these Terms.
These Terms should be read alongside our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy and our Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of the Service
Our subscription service is a combined clinical and fulfilment model. It is not a standard retail subscription.
Where your subscription includes prescription medication, this will only be supplied following an appropriate medical assessment and approval by a qualified prescribing professional.
The subscription ensures continuity of treatment by automatically arranging repeat supplies at appropriate intervals, subject always to continued clinical suitability.
3. Clinical Assessment and Approval
Before any prescription medication is supplied, you must complete a medical consultation, which may include a questionnaire, image submission, or further clinical interaction.
All prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of a qualified prescriber.
We reserve the absolute right to refuse, suspend, or withdraw treatment at any time where:
- The treatment is not clinically appropriate
- There are concerns regarding your medical history or safety
- You provide incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information
Ongoing treatment may require periodic clinical review. You agree to participate in such reviews when requested. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.
4. Subscription Billing and Payment
By enrolling in a subscription, you authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis according to the selected billing frequency (e.g. monthly or quarterly).
Payments will be taken automatically in advance of each billing cycle. The amount charged will be clearly displayed at checkout and in your account.
It is your responsibility to ensure that:
- Your payment details are accurate and up to date
- Sufficient funds are available at the time of billing
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and/or suspend your subscription until payment is successfully received.
5. Order Processing and Dispatch
Once a subscription payment has been successfully processed, your order will be prepared and dispatched in accordance with your selected delivery schedule.
For prescription products, dispatch is subject to valid prescription approval.
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or refunded except in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
6. Subscription Management
You may manage your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting our support team.
You may:
- Cancel your subscription
- Pause future deliveries
- Change delivery frequency
- Update your address or contact details
Any changes must be made before your next billing date. Changes requested after billing has occurred may not take effect until the following cycle.
7. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will only take effect from the next billing cycle.
If you cancel after a payment has already been taken, the corresponding order will still be processed and delivered, and no refund will be issued for that cycle.
8. Refunds and Returns
Due to the nature of medical and pharmaceutical products, we do not offer refunds for:
- Prescription medication once dispensed
- Subscription orders that have already been processed
- Opened or used products
Refunds may only be issued where:
- An item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We are unable to fulfil your order
All refunds are subject to our Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy.
9. Patient Responsibilities
By enrolling in a subscription, you confirm that:
- All medical information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will update us promptly regarding any changes to your health, medications, or circumstances
- You will follow all treatment instructions provided
You agree to notify us immediately if you experience any side effects or adverse reactions.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination of your treatment.
10. Treatment Outcomes
Hair loss treatment outcomes vary between individuals and depend on multiple factors including consistency of use and individual response.
We do not guarantee specific results. Continued use over an appropriate period is typically required to assess effectiveness.
We may request progress updates, including photographs, to monitor your treatment.
11. Pricing and Changes
We reserve the right to amend subscription pricing at any time.
Any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will only take effect from your next billing cycle.
If you do not agree with the updated pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
12. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription at any time where:
- Continued treatment is not clinically appropriate
- You breach these Terms
- Payment cannot be successfully collected
- There are concerns regarding misuse or safety
13. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
